It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You will receive a your refund within 3 to 8 days. However, a maximum of 30 working days may be required to validate the refund.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to contact@theglamshapes.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at contact@theglamshapes.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

Products are considered faulty if received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from the date of your order, items are not considered faulty and are the result of normal wear and tear.
